1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be shipped back to Shining Slabs LLC within the return window and must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or modification
- Items returned outside the 7-day window
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
